Contracts are exclusively entered into between clients and artists. Live Music KZN is not an agency - we simply put you in touch with some of KZN's top artists. How you negotiate the specific terms of the above contract is up to you.
A fifty percent deposit and signed contract is required to secure a performer.
All performances must be contracted (contract on Ts&Cs page).
Proof of the remaining fifty percent (cleared in the artist’s account or paid in cash on the day) will be required by the day of the gig - no pay, no play.
